Product based company
Situation
One of our Clients wanted to shift to being a Product Company and wanted to license their own Software after experience of more than 10 years being as Service based company. The reason for the shift was that time to complete project in Service based company was too long and Company was not making much profits.
Challenge
As they were in service industry for so long,
They had very less experience of creating a Product Road map.
Service based model was B2C, that’s why focus was on lead generation with no focus on Branding and Marketing.
Team was also used to working on Selling and creating new solutions every time. And now the focus was to work extensively on 1 product for long period of time which needed huge mindset change.
