Getting Clarity of Goals, Strategies and Steps needed to achieve them
Situation
Founder of a company is into 8th year of its existence.
They have many products and services catering to different markets and niches.
Challenge
Because of dynamic market situation,
Goals kept on changing from time to time.
And when Goals changed,Strategies to achieve them also kept on changing.
That made everyone in company confused and results were not coming in spite putting huge money in Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Solution
Our Contribution while working with Founder was on 2 levels:
As Clarity Partner,
Analyzing and freezing on the Start and end-point (Goals for the year) with proper timeline and milestones.
Next, we spent quality time brainstorming and jotting down all the necessary steps to reach the goal.
We then evaluated the available resources and identified potential obstacles to success
Clarity was given to each core team member for their role in achieving the goals

We made sure that Management remain on track to do what’s needed to achieve the tasks
Periodic reviews to gauge the progress and then re-strategizing on future course of action.
